Pierre was born in Trois-Rivières and has lived in Ville de Lac Brome since 1998.
He was an instructor of young offenders for 35 years and is also a member of the Quebec Bar.
Pierre holds a college diploma in social sciences and psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in criminology and law and an advanced diploma in public administration.
Pierre is sitting on the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights and on the Subcommitte on International Human Rights.
